Welcome to GoGetC2.com (the “Website”).
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Website and all
related services offered by REDGRAVE Sp. z o.o. (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By creating an account or otherwise using the Website, you agree to these Terms in
full. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website.
2. Description of the Service
GoGetC2.com is an online flashcard application designed for people learning foreign languages.
Registered users can:
- create and store their own flashcards (word + meaning),
- view and edit them,
- take quizzes to test their memory and set custom review intervals.
The Website is ad-free and accessible from anywhere in the world.
3. Account Registration
To use most features, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
4. Payments and Subscription
The monthly subscription fee is $1.50 USD, billed automatically through Stripe, a secure third-party payment processor.
The first month is free. After the free period ends, the subscription will automatically renew monthly unless cancelled.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
No refunds are provided for any period already billed, including partial months.
All payments are processed by Stripe, which handles your debit or credit card details.
We do not store or process any payment information on our servers.
5. User Content
You may add, edit, and delete your own flashcards.
All flashcards and other data you create remain your intellectual property.
By using the Website, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to
store and display your flashcards solely for the purpose of providing the service.
You are fully responsible for the content you upload, and you must not upload illegal,
offensive, or copyrighted material without permission.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the Website for unlawful purposes,
- share or distribute malicious software,
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems,
- use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract or misuse data.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these rules.
7. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us.
Personal data (such as email address and login credentials) are collected and processed only for providing access to the Website.
We do not share user data with third parties, except where required by law or necessary for payment processing via Stripe.

8. Availability and Changes
We aim to provide continuous, reliable access to the Website.
However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may temporarily suspend or modify it for maintenance or updates.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes will be resolved by the competent court in Warsaw, Poland, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
